TSBs - Technical Service Bulletins

These are memos issued by Chrysler about acknowledged problems with their cars. Often times the service managers/mechanics don't read these and don't even check them. Listed here are just summaries, they should give you enough information to give to your service manager so he can read the TSB himself. Most TSBs include a diagnosis procedure, a part required list, and a repair procedure. Some TSBs are merely discussions about problems or performance "characteristics." All dealers should have a book full of TSBs issued each year. All TSBs classified as 199x TSBs were issued in that year, so they could apply to earlier or later model years.

I was able to purchase the 1995 and 1996 TSB books from a dealership that went out of business. If you have 1997 or later TSBs, feel free to type them in and send them to me and/or contact Todd Day (webmaster of Club DSM), or send me the book and I will type them in.
